We have never understood why Sasha does this but she has done it since she was a baby in a bouncy seat. Whenever she gets excited she twirls her hands and even her feet. She gets so excited. If she is standing she will lift one foot off the ground and twirl it with her hands. We laugh about it. It is just our sweet girl and her excitement.
